Yoga Class Fees:
Ten Class Package: $100.00
Purchase 10 classes @ $10.00 each (must be used within 90 days)
Five Class Package: $65.00
Purchase 5 classes @ $13.00 each (must be used within 90 days)
Drop-ins Welcome: $15 per class
This class is designed for newcomers to yoga and for beginning students. You will need to be able to get onto the floor. We will incorporate warm-ups, gentle poses and breathwork to increase your flexibility and reduce stress. This class is appropriate for those with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and other limiting illnesses or injuries.
Beth Seiwell ERYT, AYS
Beth is a certified and registered yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. She has been studying yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for over two decades. She is also a certified Three Wisdom Tradition therapist, bridging the ancient schools of yoga and ayurveda with western psychology. Her classes are infused with breath-work, self-reflection, meditation, mindful movement, systematic relaxation and ayurveda. Beth’s intention is to bring balance to each individual through building strength, resiliency, self-regulation and adaptability. Beth’s passions include her family, hiking, horseback riding, daily meditation and studying the 8 limbs of yoga.
An intuitive practitioner, Beth Seiwell has over two decades of experience developing her heart-centered healing and mindfulness practice. Skillfully trained in a wide range of science based healing modalities, she integrates each into her work to create a sacred space that brings the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies into a state of optimal health, facilitating repair. Beth fuses energy healing and self-inquiry with Yogic and Ayurvedic practices such as movement, meditation, breath-work and self-care to allow help clients make skillful, effective, and permanent life changes. Beth is currently working toward her 500 hr certification in the Himalayan Tradition.
