Through Therapeutic Energy Work we will begin by deeply calming the nervous system and centering the mind. With the assistance of the Spirit World, we will then access and skillfully work with any resistance, blockages, old belief systems, wounds and past life attachments that are informing your present choices. Together we will get to the root of imbalance and dis-ease in the mind and body, Depending on your individual needs your may include the use of crystals, drums, chant, song, movement, breath-work, systematic relaxation, and the use of sacred plants to cleanse the energy body such as sage, cedar and sweetgrass. Make space for life, by cleansing, clearing and releasing all that no longer serves your present intentions for health and wholeness. Through combined modalities of Shamanism, Primus Activation Healing TechniqueTM, Crystal Resonance TherapyTM, and intuitive energy work, we will balance the body and bring ground the nervous system. Healing work may include cleansing crystalized emotional traumas, clearing blockages in the energy body, releasing ancestral trauma and past life influences. This work tends to be gentle but powerful and effective. Please plan a day when you can be somewhat quiet and restful afterward.

Props will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
