Brand New to Yoga | 4-Week Class with LeeAnn

Join LeeAnn in this 4 week/ 8 session class where she will introduce you to “the basics” of yoga in a safe, nurturing environment. Upon completion of this session you will feel comfortable in attending any basic beginner class and will begin to develop your own personal practice. You will benefit by feeling more relaxed with decreased pain, gain better posture and breath awareness, improved balance, more energy and focus, and feel more confident in attending various yoga classes. Course content will include breathing and posture training, basic yoga philosophy, how to learn stress management and basic yoga asanas (postures). Attending all 8 classes is strongly encouraged to achieve full benefit. This is a great way to continue your improvement if you are finishing up PT as well.
Starting Week of April 1st thru April 26th
8 Session Class: $120.00
Bring a friend and save $20.00 each; that’s just$100 each for the 4 week session.
If an existing student recommends you to us, they get a free class, so please let us know.
SESSION 1: Monday and Thursdays, 6:30pm to 7:45pm
SESSION 2: Tuesdays and Fridays, 7:15am to 8:15am
You will need to sign up for one session, but depending on class sizes, it may be possible to make up a class on a different day.
What will you need to bring…?
An open mind, a sense of humor, a yoga mat and water. Yoga mats available to borrow if needed. You will need to be able to get up and down off of the floor. Folding chairs are provided if needed for stability.
